The 17th Michigan Railroad History Conference is scheduled to take place on the campus of Albion College on Saturday, October 12. MSU will showcase our railroad history titles by featured speakers Norman L. Krentel, presenting How Regulation Affected Michigan’s Interurbans, and author of the new release Michigan Railway Company: The Northern and Southern Divisions and Keven P. Keefe, presenting Michigan in the Viewfinder and Author of Twelve Twenty-Five: The Life and Times of a Steam Locomotive.
Krentel will also lead an all-day field trip following the route of Michigan Railway’s interurban line between Battle Creek and Jackson.
